Acceptance Of PU Synthetic Leather Items For Respiratory Footwear In Wenzhou

The Wenzhou leather and leather products Co., Ltd and the school of chemistry and materials engineering, Wenzhou University, have researched and developed the new product, PU synthetic leather for respirable shoes.

Wenge has made further progress in the field of synthetic leather product innovation.

The project is a key project of Wenzhou industry university research cooperation in 2007. After a year of repeated tests by the relevant technicians, the trial task was formally completed in October this year.

The product was added to the PU leather slurry by using suitable nanoparticles precursor. The TiO2 nanoparticles were evenly distributed in the PU leather coating through the change of the media containing the immersion solution and the washing liquid in the wet process. The PU synthetic leather had good moisture permeability and breathability, and the test results were good, and it could be widely used in shoe upper leather.

The project acceptance team composed by experts from Wenzhou economic and Trade Commission and experts from Wenzhou Academy of engineering and other units believes that the technical specifications of the product meet the requirements of the industry standard QB1646-2007, which has significant economic and social benefits, and can be vigorously developed and promoted.
