Standard Of The First Professional Skill Group Of China Nonwovens Industry

A few days ago, the China Federation of textile industry released the first professional evaluation standard of the skilled workers in the nonwoven industry, namely, the professional evaluation standard of the profession, the manufacturer of nonwovens.

In July 2015, the "People's Republic of China classification of occupations" (2015 Edition) was officially promulgated.

In order to perfect the national occupational standard system, and provide scientific and normative basis for the vocational skills training and appraisal work of front-line workers, entrusted by the textile industry vocational skill appraisal and guidance center, the Chinese Textile Industry Association organized the backbone enterprises and experts in the industry for three years.

The standard includes four parts: occupation survey, basic requirements, job requirements and specific scale. The basic conditions, professional ethics, basic knowledge, professional functions, job content, skill requirements, relevant knowledge, theoretical knowledge and skill proportion of nonwovens manufacturing workers are stipulated, and the nonwoven manufacturing work is divided into five vocational skill levels: five level / junior workers, four level / intermediate workers, three level / senior workers, two level / technicians, first level / senior technicians.

China's nonwovens industry was developed from the late 70s of last century. With the rapid development of the national economy, the application market of nonwovens has been expanding. It has been widely used in many fields such as medical and health, environmental protection, geotechnical engineering, pportation, emergency safety, aviation, weather and people's daily life, and its production scale has increased exponentially.

In 2016, the output value of nonwoven fabric in China has exceeded 200 billion yuan, and the output has reached 5 million 260 thousand tons. The production lines of various technologies have exceeded 5200, 1600 of the enterprises, and more than 220 thousand people engaged in nonwoven processing and manufacturing. Upgrading their skill level is crucial to the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.

The introduction of the standard provides a strong technical guarantee for the upgrading and evaluation of the vocational skills level of the skilled workers in the nonwoven industry, meeting the needs of the development of the nonwoven industry and the construction of the labor market, and at the same time helping to cultivate the craftsman spirit and dedication spirit of the nonwoven workers.
