Changshan Beiming (000158) announced on the evening of March 28 that the company received the notification letter on participating in refinancing securities lending business (hereinafter referred to as "notification letter") from Beijing Beiming Weiye Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beiming Holdings") on March 28, 2022, and learned that Beiming holdings intends to participate in the refinancing securities lending business.
Beiming holding plans to participate in the refinancing securities lending business with no more than 31972334 shares, i.e. no more than 2% of the total share capital of the company. If the company has any share changes such as issuance of additional shares, stock dividends, conversion of capital reserve to share capital, and allotment of shares, the number of shares mentioned above will be adjusted accordingly.
As of the date of this announcement, the number of shares held by Beiming holding company is 168182620, accounting for 10.52% of the total share capital of the company.
