Jiaxin Silk (002404): Holding Subsidiaries And Subsidiaries Provide Guarantee For Holding Subsidiaries

Jiaxin Silk (002404) announced in the evening of May 30 that its holding subsidiary Guangxi Jiaxin Silk Co., Ltd. and its holding subsidiary Zhejiang Jiaxin Finance Leasing Co., Ltd. and Jiaxing Zhongsi Cocoon Silk Home Textile Co., Ltd. (the above subsidiary and its subsidiary are collectively referred to as the "Guarantor") It is proposed to provide joint and several liability guarantee of no more than 30 million yuan for Guangxi Jiaxin Pawn Co., Ltd. ("Guangxi Jiaxin Pawn"), a holding subsidiary within the scope of the Company's consolidated statements, to borrow money from financial institutions. The guarantee period is three years from the date of expiration of the debt performance period.

The above guarantee has been reviewed and approved by the guarantor's internal approval authority on May 27, 2022. In accordance with the relevant provisions of Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Self regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies, this matter has been carried out by the holding subsidiary and does not need to be submitted to the Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders for deliberation.
