Huaxian County, Henan Province Held Skills Competition In Textile And Garment Industry

Recently, the 2024 Vocational Skills Competition for Textile and Garment Workers in Hua County, Anyang City, Henan Province was held. 382 textile and clothing craftsmen from Huaxian Jintai Garment Co., Ltd., Henan Aochen Garment Co., Ltd. and Henan Yuanxiang Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. competed on the stage to show the "unique skills" of craftsmen.

The skill contest is an important platform to promote the cultivation of skilled talents, promote vocational skill training, and carry forward the spirit of craftsmen. The purpose of holding this activity is to give full play to the important role of vocational skills competition in promoting the training of skilled personnel, promoting vocational skills training and promoting the spirit of craftsmen, and promote the reform of industrial workers in the new era to develop in depth.

The competition is divided into preliminary and final. The project setting is close to the actual operation needs, and can comprehensively evaluate the technical level and comprehensive ability of the contestants. During the competition, the contestants were all equipped with unique skills and showed their abilities. Their movements were serious and meticulous, and their processes were standardized and skilled. They looked for gaps in the competition, learned skills, and improved each other, fully demonstrating their professional skills and style. Nearly 50 judges and staff from many enterprises carefully judged each contestant, observed carefully, adhered to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, and ensured the smooth progress of the competition. After competition, one grand prize, two first prizes, 19 second prizes and 57 third prizes were finally selected.

It is reported that the competition is hosted by the trade union of Huaxian Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone and undertaken by Huaxian Jintai Garment Co., Ltd. Kong Congli, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Huaxian Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, made a speech and announced the opening. Li Li, Executive Vice Chairman of the County Federation of Trade Unions, delivered a speech. The Chairman of the Trade Union of Huaxian Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Zhai Jianjun, presided over the speech. Relevant leaders of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the County Federation of Trade Unions and relevant responsible persons of enterprises attended the speech.
